Electrical Installation
Condition Report
EICR - Electrical Installation Condition Reports
An Electrical Installation Condition Report provides an assessment of the condition of an existing electrical installation and identifies defects or areas requiring attention.
Verd Tech provides EICRs for homeowners, landlords and businesses and can also recommend an EICR where the condition of an existing electrical installation needs to be established before related electrical work is completed.
If you are planning an EV charger installation and there are concerns about the existing installation, we will explain whether any additional inspection or remedial work should be considered.
